Discipleship & Leadership Training Academy is a 5 month to one year discipleship and leadership program for World Race Alumni in two optional semester phases. It is an opportunity to be shaped into more mature disciples of Jesus and kingdom-builders through a deepened understanding of God, yourself, the Kingdom, and your place within it! You will live in Gainesville, Georgia within intentional community; learning to connect and engage with others in deep and joyful ways. Come discover how to apply what you have learned on the field into your daily life, your future, and calling.

Through teaching and activation, DLTA will prepare you to weather the storms of your life. We say that DLTA is like building a boat: you need the hull of your soul to have a solid structure and foundation through understanding of God and His Word. You also need to patch up any holes in your soul caused by sin, unforgiveness, or identity issues. You also need to know how to raise your sails to the move of the Spirit: to go wherever He calls you. Phase 2 of DLTA also provides so much opportunity to put all of this into practice before you venture out into the world. You, your future work, your future relationships, your future family, and your future ministry will all benefit from taking 5 months to a year to do the hard work most people are unwilling to do. We’re here to build with you. Come and prepare yourself to set sail.

The World Race Internship is a transformative experience designed to immerse you in the daily operations of international missions and professional development. As an intern, you will gain practical skills, engage in meaningful projects, and contribute to our mission of awakening the Church to radically follow Jesus and advance His Kingdom. This internship lasts 9.5 months and goes from August 25th- June 7th.
